Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.Loose-fitting clothing can make it easier to assess movement, but it's not essential. For some assessments, we may ask you to remove a jacket or outer layer, and occasionally shoes, but you'll always remain appropriately covered and comfortable throughout your appointment.If you're attending for a sports injury, bringing shorts or suitable clothing for the affected area can sometimes be helpful.

If you're not sure, don't worry, you're not expected to know the difference before booking.Both chiropractic and neuromuscular therapy focus on helping people move better and feel better, but they use different assessment and treatment approaches.Generally speaking:Chiropractic may be a good choice if you're experiencing joint pain, back or neck pain, headaches, sciatica, or if you're looking for care during pregnancy or for your child. Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) often focuses more on muscles, tendons and movement. It may be particularly helpful for sports injuries, persistent muscle tightness or rehabilitation. In many cases, the two approaches complement each other.
